Ascent Industries is seeking an experienced and driven VP of Operations to oversee all operational divisions within Canada.  Through strategic and tactical direction, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the operations of cultivation facilities and product manufacturing facilities and will direct and develop business lines and department managers in regulatory compliance and organizational efficiency.  The VP of Operations will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and will supplement operational leadership through demonstrated expertise in large scale production and experience in manufacturing.

Ascent Industries is seeking two Human Resources Generalists to support offices in Maple Ridge and Vancouver in the strategic goals of the HR department and the overall organization by supplementing in all areas of HR programs and policies.
